    Могу сделать. Не однократно работал с WinAPI. Тем более что половина работы это копипаста кода из PFD в студию. Сроки понятны, во сколько оцениваете данную работу? При условии что я занимаюсь ТОЛЬКО разработкой, без всяких отчетов. Код комментирую.
