Budget: 18000 UAH Deadline: 5 days
Experience with Meta Lead Forms and CRM is available - we have set up lead transfer from forms, websites, advertising sources, UTM checks, duplicates, mandatory fields, error logs, and notifications when an application does not go through. We have worked with Bitrix24, amoCRM, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Creatio, custom CRMs, and dashboards - KeepinCRM needs to be reviewed based on the current method of reception, but the task itself is standard via API, webhooks, or Make.
The assessment for the first stage is 18,000 UAH and 5 working days. This would include an audit of the current connections, checking Meta Lead Forms, websites, forms, UTM, reception in KeepinCRM, test applications, error mapping, and setting up 1-2 new connections. After that, we can move to regular support for tasks - new projects, launch control, lead loss diagnostics.
> On implementation
>> We check where applications are lost - form, website, automation service, webhook, KeepinCRM API, or field mapping
>> We set up logging and test scenarios to avoid searching for the problem blindly
>> We leave a short instruction for the team on who checks what after launching the ads
You will need to provide access to advertising accounts, forms, websites, and KeepinCRM, plus an example of a correct application and an example of a problematic application.
Note, there is a nuance - for such support, it is important not just to connect the form once, but to control the points of failure. Otherwise, leads start to be lost quietly, and then everyone remembers the folk wisdom about the miser who pays twice =/

For an accurate assessment, we need to clarify
> How many active websites, lead forms, and advertising accounts need to be serviced
> How KeepinCRM currently receives applications - direct API, webhook, Make, Zapier, or built-in integration.
