5. Process automation

when the stage changes → send an email/message to the client;

6. Reports and analytics
Set up standard reports in Kommo (by lead sources, manager effectiveness, deal statuses).
Create a KPI dashboard: number of applications from Telegram, WhatsApp, % of paid invoices.
Set up automatic weekly report mailing to the manager's email.
Requirements for the result
All incoming applications from Telegram and WhatsApp must automatically enter the CRM as new deals.
AbaNinja must automatically issue invoices based on deal data.
Payments must automatically update the deal status.
The system must minimize manual data entry.

Kommo не рекомендую обирати, оскільки система російська, вони просто провели ребрендинг. -
