Як Ви плануєте збирати конструкцію?
За допомогою зварювання, чи кріплення на металевому каркасі на гвинтах ( саморізах)?
Бо якщо зварювати, то кути примикання не потрібно обробляти ( це тільки приведе до здорожчення конструкціі - після лазерної вирізки доведеться ще додатково "збивати" кути) все одно під зварювання зазвичай роблять розділку кромок... А шви після зварювання можна акуратно зачистити...
