Нужно сделать так чтоб на сайт barny.com.ua (сайт на OpenCart) автоматически перелился и обновлялся товар с сайтов c https://www.calorie-ua.com ( сайт на OpenCart) и https://theoleo.com.ua (не знаю на какой платформе). А также чтоб можно было переливать не весь товар, а по некоторым категориям, производителям....

За сертификат не переживайте, просто в задании у Вас написана неправильно ссылка на Ваш сайт.
По указанной Вами в задании ссылки браузер пытается открыть сайт по защищённому протоколу (https), который требует сертификат безопасности.
Если набрать ссылку руками — сайт нормально открывается, так как РЕАЛЬНО работает по НЕзащищённому протоколу (http), НЕ требующему сертификата ВООБЩЕ.
Так что, НА ДАННЫЙ МОМЕНТ, замечание о сертификате ДЛЯ ВАС не актуально.
