I'm looking for a specialist who can prepare a high-quality and very detailed layout for creating a physical model from paper/cardboard.
There are source materials for the project:
— facades;
— sections;
— visualizations;
— sketch architectural project;
— file in .pln format;
— if necessary, I can provide additional images and explanations.
Task:
Based on the provided materials, a complete layout of the model needs to be developed, which can be printed, cut, folded, and glued into a three-dimensional architectural model.
The model should not just be white or schematic. A color realistic layout needs to be prepared so that after printing and assembling, the model looks as close as possible to the architectural visualizations or even better. This means that the details must convey colors, textures, materials, facades, coverings, windows, doors, roofs, shadows/volumes, and other visual elements that will make the paper model realistic.
What should be in the layout:
— all main faces of the building/object;
— precise cutting lines;
— folding lines;
— tabs/fields for gluing;
— numbering of parts;
— markings indicating which parts connect to each other;
— logical placement of parts on the sheets for printing;
— preservation of proportions and architectural shape according to the project;
— detailing of facades, openings, projections, roofs, elevations, and other architectural elements;
— color design of all visible parts of the model;
— realistic textures and materials according to the provided visualizations.
Desired result:
A ready file/set of files for printing and assembling the paper model. The layout should be understandable even for a person who will assemble the model manually.
After assembly, the model should look like a full-fledged presentation architectural model, not just a simple technical diagram.
Final file formats:
Preferably PDF for printing + editable file in AI / SVG / DWG / DXF / another convenient format. The format can be discussed.
Important:
A schematic layout is not enough; a neat, well-thought-out, technically understandable, and visually high-quality scheme for real model assembly is needed. It must be colorful, realistic, and match the style of the provided visualizations.
It is preferable that the performer has experience in creating papercraft models, architectural models, 3D modeling, preparing layouts for printing, or visualizing architectural objects.
In your response, please indicate:
Whether you have experience creating layouts for paper models or architectural models.
Whether you can make a color realistic layout, not just an outline scheme.
What programs you work with.
What files you can provide as output.
Estimated completion time.
Examples of similar works, if any.
