Assistance is needed in setting up and creating dashboards (charts based on data that is added once a day)
Input:
The company has 4 different products
About 250 agents (clients)
About 10 managers handling clients.
About 30 currencies (countries)
It is necessary to compile all this into convenient, understandable dashboards. The data consists of several profitability indicators.
Dashboards are needed for monitoring profitability over time, so that one can timely orient themselves, find weak spots, and bring profitability to a normal level.
Initially, I envision this with several levels of dashboards:
1) A general dashboard, where one can see how profitability has fallen/risen across all products, clients, currencies. 2) In case we see a problem, it is necessary to have the ability to drill down into a specific product
3) And then drill down into specific countries/currencies, finding weak links.
Data is filled in daily, for now, it is Google Sheets.
It is necessary for the dashboards to be generated automatically based on the data in Excel (we can consider another option)
If Excel is preliminary, it consists of 2-4 separate tables
In which we update the data, and going into the dashboards, one can choose the desired level of depth and obtain the necessary charts.
The timeline in the charts is most likely needed to be weekly or monthly.
It is important not to overload with data and different tables, but to have a clear picture and convenient charts, through which one could quickly identify problem areas (currencies/products/clients) and track dynamics.
We tried to build it based on Google Sheets - but building charts in some cases lags, and when you start drilling down, the cell formatting gets disrupted. It is desired to understand the problem in 5-10 clicks. Easy, beautiful, clear.
