Ищем дистанционного ассистента (секретаря) в Украине для проектной удаленной работы в течение 1-го месяца.
Необходима будет помощь в работе с текстами (форматирование и т.п.), переписками, отзывами, организационными вопросами по е-мэйлу. Работа в основном представляет собой разнообразную помощь менеджеру интернет-проектов взаимодействовать с командами девелоперов, дизайнеров, журналистов, юристов (приведение в порядок документов, корреспонденция, сортировка, форматирование и т.п.). Возможно совмещение с учёбой.
Чего бы мы ожидали от идеального кандидата:
- выпускники или студенты старших курсов факультетов журналистики, филологии, иностранных языков
- грамотное письмо на русском языке (обязательно)
- грамотное письмо на украинском языке (желательно)
- знакомство с английским языком (большой плюс)
- наличие персонального компьютера
- знание MS-Word (форматирование документов, составление таблиц, перечней)
- внимательность (придется взаимодействовать с юристами:)
- доступность по е-мэйлу/телефону/мессенджерам
В идеале хотелось бы получить краткое резюме (или краткое описание компетенций своими словами).
