Их огромное количество, рисовальщиков, выпускников 3-х месячных комп. курсов, которые в основном графические дизайнеры и визуализаторы, но берутся делать проекты, не имея представления, что есть настоящий проект. Поэтому и демпингуют. Ну а заказчик будет платить, своим временем и средствами. В конечном итоге заказчик будут искать конторы. Но там с них "три шкуры сдерут".
