About the project A home-style café and bakery in Kharkiv. There is an existing website (pyrizhok.kh.ua) with an established visual style. A printed menu is needed in the same style - so that guests in the hall hold a "continuation" of the website. What you receive 1. Figma project: website design, logo (SVG), color palette, category icons, graphic elements (divider lines, etc.). 2. Photos of dishes - ready, processed, categorized, in two versions: on a background and cut out without a background (PNG). ~112 items. 3. Menu data: names (Ukrainian), ingredients, weights, prices (some items with two portions: 300/500 g, 250/500 ml, whole/half pizza). Categories - 9, as on the website: Pizza, Pastries, Salads, First Courses, Second Courses, Side Dishes, Desserts, Cold Drinks, Hot Drinks. Task Complete printed menu for the café: - Format: suggest your own (guideline - multi-page A4 or bi-fold A3; ~10–14 pages considering ~112 items and photos). Cover with logo. - Structure by 9 categories, with icons/style as on the website. - Each item: photo, name, ingredients (in small print), weight, price (consider items with two prices for different portions). - Notes/footnotes (for example: "with the second course with a side dish — a 50 g salad as a gift"). - Language — Ukrainian. Technical requirements for the result 1. Print-ready PDF: CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed, fonts outlined or embedded (PDF/X-1a or X-4). 2. Editable source file — must be in Figma (this is a key requirement: the client will make price/item changes themselves). The layout must be neatly assembled: auto-layouts/components for items, color and text styles - so that changing a price or dish does not break the layout. 3. Fonts: Google Fonts or with a license for commercial use, files/links to be attached. 4. Export preset or short instruction (1 paragraph): how to get a correct print PDF from Figma after edits. Stages and revisions 1. Concept: cover + 1 category spread -> approval. 2. Layout of all pages. 3. Two rounds of revisions included in the cost. 4. Final: print PDF + Figma source file + fonts. Deadlines Propose your deadline in the response. Guideline - 7–14 days. In your response, please indicate - 2–3 examples of menus/catalogs from your portfolio (mandatory). - A fixed price for the entire volume and timeline. - Confirmation that the source file will be in Figma. Vector of visual reconstruction of BioLamino: The main background color for large media (tents, banners) should be the corporate dark blue or light green color from our logo. The technological aspect of the brand ("Molecular Growth") should be emphasized through modern, flat vector graphics derived from the symbol (molecular bonds), without the use of 3D effects or photorealistic collages.2. Mandatory sections of the brand book2.1. Logo usage rules This section should contain comprehensive technical instructions for working with the existing symbol: Main and additional versions: Horizontal (main from the file), vertical (if permissible for composition), monochrome (black and white), and inverse (reverse for application on dark backgrounds). Clear Space: Calculate and visualize the free space zone around the logo, where no other elements can intrude. Pantone (Solid Coated / Uncoated): Select the closest standardized mixed paints for accurate printing of branded products (souvenirs, silk screen).2.3. Corporate typography Select a font family (preferably free Google Fonts licenses, for example, grotesque families) that harmonizes with the geometry of the font in the "BioLamino" logo. Define the hierarchy of use: font for headings (H1, H2), font for main body text, font for accentuated highlights. Specify the setting parameters (tracking, leading for basic formats).2.4. Corporate graphic elements and patterns Graphic blocks: Define the rules for using blocks under text (color, angles of inclination or rounding, if specified by the shape of the leaf from the logo).3. Requirements for branding media (Focus on exhibitions) Based on the analyzed experience of competitors, develop detailed mockups and technical guidelines for the following media:3.1. Branding of vehicles (Ford Transit/MB Sprinter type minibus) The design should be "clean": a large logo on the sides, use of the corporate molecular pattern for dynamics on the rear of the vehicle, contact details (website, phone) in a legible corporate font.3.2. Staff uniforms (for field conditions) Considering the specifics of field events (rain/mud in photos), develop branding for caps, polo shirts. 3.5. Corporate documentation Document folder (A4, die-cut): Develop the design of the cover, back side, and internal flaps. Use a corporate background with the integration of the molecular pattern (blind varnish or Pantone printing). Provide a cut-out (slots) on the internal flap for attaching a standard business card (90x50 mm or 85x55 mm). Provide a vector layout overlaid on the standard stamp of the company's die-cut.3.6. Commercial printing Price lists / Tabular materials: Develop a design system for presenting large arrays of tabular data that ensures high readability. Create styles for table headings (for example, using a dark blue block with white (inverse) corporate font). Implement a rule for alternating row colors (zebra) to facilitate perception (for example, white and 10% shade of corporate light green or blue). Define rules for highlighting accent positions (new products, promotions) using corporate graphics or color.3.7. Souvenir products and promotional materials Notebooks (A5/A4, spiral or glue sewn binding): Cover: Should demonstrate the key visual image of the brand. It is recommended to use a contrasting logo on a corporate background with a restrained pattern. Mandatory placement of the website URL. Internal block: Develop the design of the pages (grid, lined, or dotted). All lines should be executed in a very light shade of gray or corporate color (to not interfere with writing). In the corners of the pages — minimalist (watermark or 100% monochrome) placement of the logo or its graphic element (molecule). Ballpoint pens: Considering the small area for application (pad printing or UV printing) and cylindrical shape, develop guidelines for logo adaptation. Use only the horizontal version of the logo. If the height of the medium is less than the permissible minimum size, use only the text part without the symbol (or vice versa, depending on readability). Bags (Paper and Eco-bags/Tote bags): Determine the compositional center for logo application. For paper bags: develop a full-color design using corporate colors and graphics (pattern) across the entire area. For eco-bags / craft bags (printing in 1-2 colors by silk screen): provide instructions for using the monochrome or Pantone version of the logo without gradients and halftones. Balloons (for exhibitions/events): Create mockups for silk screen printing in 1 color. Specify pairs: "Balloon color — Logo application color" (for example: dark blue balloon — white logo; light green balloon — dark blue logo).3.9. Other brand identifiers (Digital) Email signature: Develop an HTML template for the signature for company employees (Logo, Full Name, Position, contact phones, link to the website biolamino.com). Specify system web-safe fonts that will replace the corporate font in email clients. Corporate presentation template (PowerPoint / Keynote): Design the title slide, slides with text blocks, slides for graphs/charts, and the final slide with contacts. Task 1. Logo Development A logo needs to be created for the company. There is a concept generated by ChatGPT that will serve as the basis. The logo needs to be professionally redrawn in vector format, preserving the overall idea but making it clean, modern, and suitable for use in documents and other materials. Deliver the source file in an editable format (AI, SVG, or another vector format). 2. Development of Header and Footer Header and footer need to be designed for the company's documents. There are ready-made layouts created using ChatGPT. Minor design adjustments are needed to improve the composition and prepare the final versions. Important: The headers and footers must be created in a format that will allow us to change the text (e.g., contact details, address, bank details, etc.) independently in the future without needing to consult a designer.

Project Description: We are looking for a designer for the professional creation and vector refinement of the logo and basic brand identity of Lernavio. There are agreed visual references, a general concept, a color palette, and a technical assignment. It is necessary not just to redraw the image but to create a technically clean, original, and legally protectable result with sufficient personal creative input from the Contractor. The final logo must be correctly used: on the website and web platform; in the mobile application; in documents and presentations; in social media and advertising; in print; when submitting an application for trademark registration. Main Tasks: professionally reconstruct the logo in a vector editor; refine the geometry, proportions, composition, and typographic part; prepare horizontal and vertical versions; create versions with and without a slogan; prepare a separate graphic mark; create a compact version for the interface; prepare an app icon and favicon; create color, black-and-white, and monochrome versions; prepare a separate version for trademark registration; form a basic mini-guide for using the logo. Required Formats: AI, SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, ICO. Editable source files are also needed, versions with text in curves, RGB and CMYK, as well as a structured archive with README. Important: automatic tracing cannot be the final result; the use of other people's logos, unlicensed fonts, stock elements, templates, or cliparts without agreement is not allowed; the use of generative AI is only possible after prior agreement; all used fonts and third-party materials must have legal commercial licenses. Terms of Cooperation: The work is carried out under a contract between the Contractor and LLC "LERNAVIO". The contract will provide for: the creation of the logo and basic identity according to the technical assignment; the transfer of all editable source files to the Customer; the transfer of exclusive property rights for the created materials to LLC "LERNAVIO"; the right of the Customer to use, modify, adapt, publish, transfer, and register the logo as a trademark; the signing of an acceptance certificate upon completion of the work; confidentiality until the official brand launch. Payment is made according to the terms of the contract after the stages of work are agreed upon.
