53 USD Interested in simple/minimalistic, modern, but not clean loft. Ceiling (Armstrong), floor (carpet) - leaving as they are. Adding walls, tables, chairs, equipment, cabinets + a few vases.
In total, several rooms of different sizes need to be designed. I am attaching some floor plans.
Since the design is not for final use, but only for presentation, on one hand there won't be any complex requirements or revisions. Detailed plans, exact measurements, etc., are not needed. However, accordingly, the budget is not large. Several renders are needed for an office/room from different perspectives.
It's best to ask questions/clarifications about specific areas that need to be answered immediately, and we try to do it in two to three iterations. First, the layout plan, then visualization, and maybe one revision (or even without revisions).
We try one option (one room), if everything is fine - we proceed with all the rest. If it doesn't work out - we pay for the work done.
I am attaching floor plans to the task. Photos - directly to the performer.
Please indicate the cost for these areas together, the plans of which I am submitting here in the project.
P.S. A few years ago, I published a similar project (the same). During all this time, we have been working productively with the designer Natalia. There were significantly more offices than in the first project. Currently, Natalia is not very available, and there is a desire to try to look at the task with a fresh perspective.
