- clear typographic hierarchy (so that the text "reads itself")
- proper rhythm of the page (pauses, accents, scanning)
- minimal visual noise

Regarding language — Lithuanian is not a problem, as I work with the structures and logic of content, not with language limitations.
How I will approach the project:

Regarding your project — the task is clear. Wisedocs is a text page where the design should be invisible: the reader should not notice the design, they should just read and move on. That is exactly how I will approach it.

Hello, if you have new text, you need to first develop a prototype, at least for the main page, then you will get a much more thoughtful and faster solution than developing the design right away. Accordingly, I can close the prototype and design. I see no problems with the criteria; these are standard criteria that should be present by default.
