Требования:
- возможность натянуть на CS-cart multivendor (и не убеждайте, что натянуть можно что угодно на что хотите);
- легкость;
- соответствие принятой цветовой гамме;
- отсутствие "рющечек", "свистулек" и "дуделок";
- при оценке стоимости и собственных возможностей учесть, что дизайн сайт - это дизайн не только главной страницы, но и внутренних, их может быть много.
Пожелания:
- отсутствие спешки (мы никуда не торопимся, не нужно пытаться сделать серьезную работу за один день и торопить нас с оценкой. Нам тоже нужно время, что бы понять "оно" или не "оно");
- отсутствие предоплаты (научены горьким опытом, уж простите), при этом аванс естественно будет, можно оговорить поэтапную оплату.

Вы сначала хотя бы намекнули что это должен быть за сайт, кокаго типа и тд. Так как Вашу задачу сейчас рассматривают как обычный дизайн сайта, а чтобы понять суть и оценить свои силы - нужны детали.
