Project of the Entrance Zone in the Cottage Town “Krasnyk Resort”

1. Project Goal

To create a stylish, functional, and safe entrance to the cottage town Krasnyk Resort, which will include:

• Automatic gates for vehicles

• A separate gate for pedestrians

• Intercom and remote opening system

• An architectural design concept that emphasizes the atmosphere of Hutsul region, nature, and branding of the complex

2. Key Elements of the Project

2.1. Gates

• Type: sliding or folding (the freelancer will suggest the best option based on the terrain and space).

• Materials: metal + wooden decorative elements / corten / forging in Hutsul style — depending on the design.

• Width of the passage: 4–5 meters.

• Gate automation: Nice / Came / Faac or another recommended option.

• Integration with the intercom: the ability to open from a phone / from a vehicle / from the admin panel.

2.2. Gate (pedestrian entrance)

• Separate from the gates, nearby.

• Width: 1–1.2 m.

• Mandatory electric lock.

• The ability to open via intercom or PIN code / NFC / Bluetooth (depending on the budget).

2.3. Intercom System

Must include:

Functions:

• Video intercom (FullHD or 4K camera).

• Opening of gates and the pedestrian gate from one unit.

• The ability to open directly from the vehicle (by pressing a button in the app or through a video call).

• Connection to a phone (iOS/Android).

• Support for night vision.

Equipment (optional):

• HikVision / Dahua / Ajax / Commax — the freelancer will suggest an option.

2.4. Branding and Style

The project must harmonize with the overall concept of Krasnyk Resort:

• Mountains

• Hutsul motifs

• Wood + stone

• Wine cellar and natural aesthetics

• Minimalism + warm natural materials

Mandatory elements:

• Sign “Krasnyk Resort”

• Logo (to be provided)

• Evening lighting (LED, warm white 3000K)

• Decorative elements: stone, wood, small gabion or Hutsul ornament

3. Engineering Solutions

The freelancer must provide:

• Wiring for:

  • gate automation

  • intercom

  • lighting

  • Wi-Fi or cable network

• Drainage scheme (if necessary)

• Foundation and metal structures scheme

• Equipment placement plan
