Welcome! How are you feeling? We need a designer for several projects, for long-term regular collaboration.
I will describe the first project (deadline - 15-17 days), we will discuss the others in private correspondence.
It is not so important what your experience is. For these projects, it is much more important to strictly follow the rules and be a consistent and responsible person, to go from simple to complex, not the other way around. If you don't know something, we will help, as we are consulting with an experienced designer with experience in large and top Ukrainian projects. We are set to work long-term, and this project will be followed by the next one.
What is available:
A software prototype of the system with simple screens (with poor layout, but reflecting the approximate meaning of the application).
There are many screens, but many are similar or even identical.
General requirements are described "in simple words" - this will help to get a general idea of the project volume.
More strict and formal requirements are described (what screens are there, what elements they consist of) - this will help to sketch all screens at the start.
What is needed:
PHASE 1. Structure building (5-6 days).
Create a design system and based on it create primitive versions of screens, distribute elements among them (“draft” version, in which it is not required to apply a component/atomic approach, it is not required to use auto-layouts, we do everything simply to make it easier to agree on screens).
Work on priority screens (there are several screens that require increased attention).
Go through the document with requirements, mark the screens that have been processed, link the screens (so that when clicking a button, there is a transition to a specific screen).
Go through 3 stages of revisions (don't worry, these are time-limited stages, not endless))), make changes, agree on all interfaces.
PHASE 2. Quality improvement (10-11 days).
Conduct a separate stage of design quality improvement so that it will be convenient to refine it in the future, namely:
- Add auto-alignment,
- highlight repeating components
- create these components in Figma (repeating blocks should be named and moved to a separate screen for later reuse)
- introduce variables (for example, when changing the base color, it should change everywhere)
- normalize the structure of project nesting (elements should be properly nested within other elements)
- conduct proper naming (each frame, element, and component should have a clear name)
A SAMPLE list of screens (some screens have different names, but are visually completely identical, also 90% of screens consist of standard elements, the interface is quite uniform, unique elements are minimal):

What to indicate in the bid:
Select two (no more) of your best works. There is no time to look at more than two. Write how much time this work took in hours, what the budget was.
Are you ready to start today or tomorrow?
