2. Smooth looping: The loops will be seamless. If it is a "waiting" or "scanning" process, the movement should be hypnotic and not irritating.
3. Optimization: I understand that the hardware's processor may be weaker than a PC. I will optimize the palette (dithering) for GIF or bitrate for MP4, so the file is small but looks expensive.
One important technical question: what is the exact resolution of the display (in pixels) and on what background (black/white) will these elements be? This will determine the style.
