The user clicks the subscribe button, and they are redirected to Telegram with a bot, where the subscription takes place (like you have subscribed to... the title of the news) and they will receive a notification upon an update (an update has been released for the application you are subscribed to... and a link to the news). In the bot, provide the option to unsubscribe from their subscriptions and the ability to display a list of all their subscriptions. The notification should be triggered when the additional field for the game version changes (at least through a checkbox in the full news).
