Нужно добавить оповещение (алерт) в индикатор на сайте tradingview.com

Что нужно конкретно сделать
Сделать так что бы при появлении цифры 1 на графике срабатывал алерт в ту или иную сторону
(зеленый - вверх а красный - вниз)
Как это выглядит на графике можно посмотреть на примере скриншота приложил
