да существует уже обработчик liqpay , который уже встроенный в систему он модернизирован сейчас под сторонее апи, можно сделать по примеру с нэтим методом

нужно поправить момент в форме ввода имени держателя карты, что бы можно было писать и с маленькой буквы.
