Добрий день. Маю досвід відповідної роботи. Потрібно тільки доступ до комютера та до бази. ПРРО вебчек без проблем підключається до 1с. У мене в магазині так і працює. ЕЦП підключається автоматично привязується до відповідної каси. Кожний касир працює на своїй касі.. По роботі касира з ПРРО є обмеження від податкової (тривалість робочого тижня а також повинен працювати в організації) Виконання протягом 1 години.

1с сама по собі не вміє підписувати документи. все підписує веб-чек. тому налаштування сертифікатів, ЕЦП потрібно робити саме там.
