In practice, the best results come from either buttons with ready-made service options and a step-by-step selection or an option to leave a number for the administrator to call back and arrange a convenient time. This option almost always converts significantly better.
Regarding the table and data. According to the description, your data is currently being overwritten instead of being properly saved by user or session. This is simply a matter of storage structure. This can be easily fixed, and at the same time, we can start saving diagnoses, responses, and conclusions properly so that nothing gets lost and can later be analyzed.
It is also very important to create proper analytics by steps. It should be clear how many people reached each stage, where they most often drop off, and where exactly they find it unclear or difficult. This greatly helps to quickly improve the funnel and increase conversion.
Regarding the logic of the bot's operation. From experience, I can say that AI should not decide where to lead the user.
