Refinement of the Telegram bot

Brief about the task
It is necessary to refine the existing Telegram bot (the source code will be provided) so that it leaves comments in the channel/thread only with pre-prepared texts — without addressing AI for analyzing posts and generating comments. (The bot's interface is in Russian, so the button names are in the original)

What to do

1. Mode switch in /general_settings (General settings):

   • Button “Without AI” — on/off.

   • The enabled mode completely disables any references to AI and uses only saved templates.

2. Template management in /general_settings → “Templates”:

   • Upon the first press, the bot sends instructions:
     “Send message templates in the format: 1[] 2[] 3[] …
     (each option — in square brackets []; the serial numbers are mandatory).”

   • After receiving — the bot shows the current list of templates + a command to clear the list (for example, /clear_templates).

   • Upon subsequent presses of “Templates” (if the list is not empty), the bot immediately shows the current templates and a hint for updating/clearing.

3. Behavior in “Without AI” mode:

   • When a new post appears in the target channel/thread, the bot randomly selects one of the current templates and publishes it in the comments.

   • If the list is empty — the bot does not comment and logs a warning.

Acceptance criteria

• The “Without AI” switch correctly turns on/off all references to AI.

• “Templates”: added from messages in the format 1[] 2[] 3[]; the current list is displayed; clearing works through the command; pressing “Templates” again shows the list.

• In “Without AI” mode, one random template is published under the new post in the supported channel.

• No failures, in case of empty list — the user receives a clear message, the event is logged.
