1. Разные пользователи могут открывать одно и тоже резюме, нам нужно, что бы это резюме открывалось из нашей базы (из уже сохраненных) , а не из сайта "донора" ( есть уже функция в mysqlAdmin она сохраняет просмотренные ссылки )
2. Сделать возможность ограничивать каждого пользователя по кол-ву просмотров ( в mysqlAdmin уже есть такая функция, но ее нужно дописать )

+ в верхней части экрана выводятся уведомления , нужно добавить туда кол-во оставшихся резюме для пользователя, когда лимит закончится выводится надпись " Ваш лимит на сегодня закончился, обновления счетчика произойдет после 00:00 "
