📋 Task Description:
You need to create a request form on Shopify based on the standard Contact Form, but design it like the competitors (make it almost a complete copy).
The form will be used to request auto parts if the user cannot find the needed part on the site.
What is needed:
Use the built-in Shopify Contact Form
Make the form based on the competitor's example (I will provide a link)
Change the design: instead of a red border like the competitor, make it blue
In other respects, the design and structure of the form should be the same as the competitor's
Form fields:
Car make and model
Part name or number
Comment (optional)
Name
Phone
Email
After submission:
An email is sent to the specified administrator email
The user sees a message: "Thank you! We will contact you soon."
