Доработать программу на С (до этого переведённую с VBA)

Ранее публиковал проект о переведении программы с языка VBA на С, проект выполнен не полностью, остались баги их нужно исправить. Вообщем нужно сделать программу идентичной к Эксель файлу. Список проблем может пополняться. Проект считается выполненным:
- когда файл Эксель и программа на С выдают одинаковые значения
- имеют идентичный функционал
На данный момент обнаружены следующие проблемы:
1. Нет вывода в PDF
2. При выборе количества компрессоров программа останавливается.
3. Неверные базовые значения
4. Сократить число знаков после запятой
5. Зависание
6.Масштаб меняется в зависимости от выбора режим
7.И много других ошибок
