Доработать телеграм-бот на node.js

Есть бот на node.js. Он парсит прогнозы ставок на матчи с бет-сайта в закрытый телеграм-канал. Берем только одну категорию спортивных событий, а не все подряд. Фильтрацию и алгоритм такого парсинга можно менять через интерфейс. Не суть важно, но все же. Сейчас добавляем функционал боту. В итоге, будет работать на сервере, как веб-приложение.
Задача.
На сайте есть личный кабинет пользователя, где он может делать эти самые ставки, согласно прогнозам. Нужно, чтобы бот мог делать эти ставки сам, при включении функции "автоставка" в интерфейсе.
Дополнительно.
Позже планируем доработать бот таким образом, чтобы продавать подписку на эту функцию другим. Если готовы выполнить и эту часть работы - будет отлично.
Возможно ли реализовать этот модуль не на ноде?
Конечно, предлагайте варианты. Главное - по итогу интегрировать технологии в один интерфейс. Это будет совместная работа с разработчиком текущего функционала бота.
