The Coffee Madman website is currently essentially a catalog.
The task is to not change the design, texts, and structure, but to transform it into a full-fledged e-commerce platform that:
• lowers the threshold for the first order
• increases the average check
• automatically applies the best discount
• shows the customer the benefit before the cart
• supports subscription and referral models
• scales to new categories
This is not a template store, but a well-thought-out commercial logic.

🛠 Main Task Blocks (briefly)
1. Catalog and Structure
• Entry / Core / Premium logic within existing categories

2. Discount System (key block)
• −10% on the first order (automatically, 1 time)
• discounts based on the number of packs (3 / 4 / 8)
• promo codes (manual, not cumulative)

• logic scales up to 8 packs
6. Subscription
• frequency: 2 weeks / month
• 2 or 4 packs
• format: one type / mix / roaster choice
