There is a bot that needs to be improved and deployed. At this stage, it is almost functional, but it lacks several features. The complete technical assignment is described in the file below, but the most important points are here:
📌Payment of membership fees. When it's time for a participant to pay, the bot informs them and offers to renew. If ignored twice, a task should be created in the CRM for personal intervention.
📌Notification of the participant database about events (should be pulled from the CRM). A lead is added to the system, becomes a club member, and in the customer card, there will be categories of what interests them in the club, and the bot will send invitations along with payment and registration for the corresponding events. If something in the card changes (for example, a category is no longer relevant), the bot sends only the relevant information to the user.
📌Registration for events through the bot with CRM synchronization + collection of feedback - several simple buttons for those who were registered and attended the event. The next morning, the bot provides a report from those who filled out the data via a message in Telegram.
