Ну если речь идет не о настройках заложенных в приложении-то очень проблематично сделать изменения-нужна декомпиляция приложения -работа с декомпилированным кодом(это не тот исходный код который можно сразу компилировать ) =его обработать и сделать то что нужно(я кстати когда то декомпилировал моби-с)=по трудозатратам совместимо с разработкой своего приложения для торгового представителя
