3) во сколько разделов внести информацию?
4) небольшие доработки - сколько и какие именно?
4) И ГЛАВНОЕ - какая CMS?
Отсюда нюансы - если Ваш сайт рассчитан на 4 основных раздела, а Вы хотите добавить ещё 2-4, то это правка шаблона. Если внести правку в 5 разделов это одна цена, а если в 250, то это другая. Опять же - какую именно правку? Поменять описание это одно дело, а немного поменять стиль отображения это совсем другое дело и другие навыки. И если движок сайта самописный с невнятным совмещением дизайна и движка, то цену сразу можно умножать на 2-3 ...
Пока же пообещать Вам вложиться до 18.00 не зная задания может только команда супергениев с самыми разнообразными навыками.

Почему все так интересуються системой управления, если этот сайт(задание) делался в иной веб студии, то вполне возможно то там совершенно иной движок неведаный нам. И по описанию задания, не вижу сложности в работе, и какая цмс там установлена.
