I’d first set up a clean export pipeline from Doxis SER that handles full syncs as well as follow-up delta runs. If annotation export is supported, I’d include that in the flow too.
To make sure it’s stable, I usually wrap the calls with retry logic and logging, especially for larger sets. Once everything is working as expected, I’d go over the source code with you to make sure it’s easy to maintain or extend later.
