Тут или использовать 1С 7.7 без ключа (есть варианты). Либо переустановить драйвер защиты - но там нужно смотреть совместимость с версией Windows.

Для 7.7 у меня есть HASP4 4.116.5.70 и 4.102.5.22 от Aladdin. Оба в своё время нормально работали.

На Windows 7 эти драйверы у меня работали. Берёте, ставите. Смотрите, какой подошёл.
Тут ещё момент: у вас одна машина или несколько? (Если несколько - может, проблема не в драйвере, а в том, что ключ не раздаётся?) -
Звоните тем кто продал. Если ничего не сделают - пусть дают письменный ответ. Ставите ломаную и работаете спокойно. Вы свои обязательства выполнили. Лицензия есть, ключ тоже. А то что оно не работает - проблема производителя.
