We provide professionally translated text in SRT format (subtitles with time codes) and a link to the video itself. What needs to be done: voice over and adjust the voiced text to match the conversation, lower or remove the original dialogue, keep sounds and music as much as possible, make it essentially a dubbing like in movies, ideally, as much as technically possible, to the best of your ability. In the end, I should receive an audio track where there is sound from the video and the dubbing on top, the audio track should be of the same duration as the audio clip.
