Два лэнда

Мне нужно разработать 2 лэнда, контент есть. Человек который продумал это все, увы, больше со мной не работает.
У меня в принципе все расписано и нарисовано, но так как я рисую хуже чем двух летний ребенок, хотел бы узнать пару вещей:
1) если я вам покажу контент и приблизительно рассказу идею и цель этого лэнда, вы сможете сделать дизайн для моего разработчика который это потом заверстает?
2) сколько это будет стоит (диапазон)
