No previous work experience is required.
The main thing is attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn quickly according to my instructions/templates.
Before starting, there will be a short training and a test task for 1–2 hours.
1) Daily (every day)
Orders
check new sales, payments, addresses, customer notes
mark problematic orders (suspicious address, questions about the product, etc.)
Customer messages
respond quickly (preferably within 2–6 hours)
questions before purchase / after purchase / clarifications on completeness and condition
Shipping and tracking control
check that each shipped order has the correct tracking added
if there is no tracking or it does not match — notify me immediately
Problem orders
monitor orders at risk: “not received”, “return”, “case opened”, “late shipment”
notify me immediately if a case/return/complaint arises
Short report to me (once a day)

2) Listings (every day / every other day)
Creating new listings according to my templates:
correct title (up to 80 characters)
category, item specifics, condition, shipping
description according to my HTML template
check photos and order of photos
Improving existing listings:
correct item specifics
improve title without spam
mark products with problematic pricing/competition
3) Returns / cases / negative (as they arise)
Returns: respond quickly, provide instructions, monitor deadlines
Cases: respond correctly according to the template, do not delay
Feedback: try to prevent negative feedback in advance and handle negativity carefully
4) 1–2 times a week
Check Account health / defects / late shipment / cancellations
List of risks + what needs to be fixed
KPI (how I evaluate work)
Responses to customers: within 2–6 hours
Order errors (tracking/addresses/products): 0
Cases/returns are closed correctly and without delays
Execution of the listing plan: X new + X improved (to be agreed upon)
Time control and payment
Payment is hourly $3/hour. To record the actual time worked, I ask:
to include time-lapse screen recording during work (without sound), or use a time tracker with auto-screenshots (by agreement);
at the end of the shift, send video/link + short report on what has been done.
Payment is made based on confirmed time (based on time-lapse/logs) and completed tasks.
