It is necessary to set up and launch email marketing for my website. A regular mailing is planned 4 times a month with resending emails to those who did not open them after the first sending. It is also required to develop a unique template for the emails and ensure ongoing regular work with the mailings.
From my side, I will provide:
- Content: a description of what will be in the emails and templates.
- A list of products that will need to be sent out.
- Images (if necessary).
Scope of Work:
Email Marketing Setup:
- Choosing and setting up a platform for mailing (for example, Mailchimp, SendPulse, GetResponse, etc.).
- Integration with the website (if needed).
- Uploading the contact database (approximately 10,000 email addresses).
Creating the Email Template:
- Developing a unique design for the template (I will provide examples of templates).
- Layout of the template considering adaptation for mobile devices.
Creating and Sending Mailings:
- Filling the template with text and images according to the provided content.
- Launching mailings 4 times a month.
- Resending emails to those who did not open the first mailing (after 2-3 days).
Analytics and Reports:
- Tracking opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.
- Providing reports on the results of each mailing.
Requirements for the Performer:
- Experience with email marketing and knowledge of popular mailing platforms.
- Ability to work with large databases.
- Skills in layout and design of email templates.
