EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
You must be present online via skype through Monday to Saturday.
- Your positional tasks will include communication with the customers and managers of our company
- making all necessary arrangements and administrative tasks over the web site ( meeting schedule creation, skype conversations organization, direct communication with some of our customers, answering their questions in accordance with customer’s needs and demands, web site’s customers profiles editing and so on.)
- Creating quality posts about our company activities on social networks couple times a week
Work Experience / Qualifications
- Ability to speak fluent English.
- At list 2 years of work experience on the administrative or manager’s position.
- Knowledge about dating industry is highly appreciated
Remuneration:
Fixed salary from 500 usd + bonus + the ability to grow. ( 350 usd during probationary period) during probationary period’s duration is 1 month
Now about the bonus:
Additionally with the current position we offer: Matchmaker position.
Matchmaker is who works with each VIP customer closely. It is necessary to discuss the desires of a client concerning his potential match and make sure all the women-candidates meet the demands of a client. It is necessary to be in touch with the client you lead.
It is necessary to teach each vip customer about how to approach a lady, how to start online correspondence, how to make his first date successful what does he need to know about Ukrainian ladies mentality.
It’s important to have the ability to solve conflict situations as fast as possible.
You need to monitor each vip customer’s correspondence with selected ladies, ask for ladies feedbacks as well as for his feedback about each selectel lady in order to hep them to build up relationship.
The bonuses are for work with vip customers individually, which is 50 usd per each vip customer. I’ll be able to provide you with 4 or 5 ( vip ) customers per month as for the start.
The final step of each vip customer is his Romantic tour to Ukraine to meet all selected ladies he was currently in touch with. So your task is to make it happen! In this case you will get another bonus of 100 usd.
