The price will depend on the level of complexity of the "smart ideas": - project/sketching or specific - project/technical working drawing, (volume and detailing, for further execution of finishing works).

1. If it is only a sketch format of the facade, without drawings, I can create multiple concepts. One sketch (as an idea appearance) is 1000 UAH.
2. If you wish for a working project: entrance hall + color passport and finishing materials, the price will depend on the complexity and volume of material selection from 40 - 100 UAH per m2 of each side. And the drawing of the entrance hall is 400 UAH per m2. If the entrance hall includes a specification of materials, then it is 800 UAH per m2.

Hello, Natalia! The task is clear. Your house has wonderful proportions, correct geometry, and a beautiful landscape around it. The anthracite-colored windows and dark roof provide a great modern base from which we will start. The current entrance hall really looks too simple and somewhat disrupts the overall architecture, so its reconstruction along with the plinth will completely change the perception of the house.
I work with ArchiCAD and Lumion, which allows me to accurately model your house based on measurements and show the future facade in realistic 3D from different angles.

Here are a few smart options for modernizing your facade and entrance area that we can implement:
Option 1: Scandinavian minimalism with an emphasis on wood.
We will dismantle the old canopy and build a closed or semi-open modern entrance portal in its place. We will finish the entrance area and the zone around the doors with planed wood or thermowood in warm shades. The light brick itself can be left as a base or refreshed with light gray or cream-colored plaster. The plinth will be clad with dark large-format porcelain stoneware matching the color of the roof and the new anthracite windows.

Option 2: Modern contrasting high-tech or loft.
The entrance hall will be reconstructed in the form of a clear cube with a flat roof, using large glass elements and metal structures in anthracite color. For finishing the wall sections between the windows or the corners of the house, I suggest using stylish facade panels resembling dark concrete, metal, or clinker. This will visually break the monotony of the brick wall and make the architecture dynamic.

Option 3: Modernization of the existing brick without radical reconstructions.
If you want to preserve the white brick as much as possible, we will focus only on the details. We will create a new wide canopy on hidden metal rods or minimalist columns. The plinth will be raised with artificial or natural stone, and we will add integrated facade lighting that will highlight the texture of the walls in the evenings, while the window reveals and door portal will be accented with contrasting dark frames.
