без GETа вы по факту ничего не сделаете
максимум можно сделать /filter-*********/
в звездах уже соответственно придумать как будут реализовываться передача данных красиво
а по поводу остатков - возьмите готовое решение фильтра, и на самом деле не заморачивайтесь по поводу ГЕТ запросов

в ссылки надо 2 параметра что бы передавались
параметр - значение
вы же хотите что бы в ссылке были только "значения"
или же /any/pafos/any/spalnu
но опять же, а завтра вы поменяете порядок атрибутов, или добавите/удалите какой-либо - что дальше?

о чем вы вообще переживаете скажите лучше? о том длинная ссылка? или что бы гугла индексировала "выбранный фильтр"?

и вообще, какое-то глупое желание индексировать каталог с фильтрами...
каталог вообще не должен быть проиндексирован на практике - только "товары"
