Fix an STL file

I'm looking for a designer to fix for me 2 models of bag vases. In both of the models, it looks like the bottom layers (first layers) are in a slope (when I slice it at Cura, it doesn't slice the first layer properly). Moreover, the pink bag model has a lot of infill inside the vase (almost 400g when printing) I need the hole of the vase to be bigger so the printing model won't be more than 200 g. Also, the white bag model zipper needs to stand up as the pink bag.
