какой бы толковый не был исполнитель - сложно работать с фотограыией с инстаграм. Исходник получается пиксельной картинкой - работа с волосами - это просто утопие.
Что бы качественно было - надо пиксельная дорисовка картинки. А это время.
Толковые исполнители просто не берутся за такое, потому что вряли заказчик будет платить $20 за одну замену лица.
