А, где вы увидели специалиста в этом проекте? задачи для Джуниора. Тем более ТС не говорит, работа удаленно, за какой объем платит. Возможно это за один сайт. Поосторожней с выводами, Можно схлопотать встречный бан, за "клевету"

Я реально встаю на защиту как такой-же заказчик. Я не первый день на сервисе и сам часто замечаю как фрилансеры бесятся от жира.

Очень сомневаюсь что это как Вы говорите: "А если занятость каждый день не более 2х часов и пятидневка". Больше похоже на фантазию и желание выгородить заказчика) Если бы так было, об этом точно написали. За такой оклад можно рассчитывать не на самостоятельного специалиста, а на человека которого нужно ещё обучать и контролировать, то есть новичка.
