Функция Python и Numpy
5 USDУ меня есть текстовый файл с 3D-координатами (x, y, z). В каждой строке указана одна трехмерная координата, а значения x, y, z разделены запятыми. Мне просто нужна функция Python / Numpy для чтения текстового файла и вернуть среднее значение и ко вариацию три d-точек. Среднее будет иметь три числа. Ковариационная матрица будет матрицей - три на три.
