Есть два варианта покупки:
В1) Клиент заходит на страницу Vacation
В2) Партнер по продажам заводит клиента на вспомогательную страницу и оттуда проводится на С2) Buy Vacation, передавая данные места и начала, конца отпуска через ссылку. Ссылка также включает код партнера. Если данные места, начала, концы отпуска в ссылке не верны или отсутствуют, клиент переходит на страницу С1) Vacation.

Если я правильно понимаю суть проекта, Вам нужно на этих 4 страницы настроить конверсии, чтобы все отслеживалось в гугл аналитике. Как целевое действие. По срокам ихсодя из моего опыта работы с аналитикой, это 3-4 часа.
На установку всех тегов и создания родительско-дочерних связей. + 1 день на отслеживание и фиксацию результатов в аналитике.

Аналитика GA4 работает с тег-менеджером, который нужно установить на сайт, если мы будем работать над проектом, я вам его сгенирирую, если вы аналитику еше не устаналивали, и этот тег будет передавать события на уровне данных.
