Добрый день! DataStudio очень медленно работает с GoogleSheets (не говоря уже об ограничениях в объеме данных для самих таблиц). Есть другие решения, например, объединение через Bigquery. Но для оценки трудоемкости нужно ТЗ (при небольших объемах данных таблицы тоже можно использовать).
