Google Shopping & Text Advertisements for a Ukrainian Shopify Store

I am looking for a an experienced Ukrainian Google Ads specialist who has experience working with Shopify; who can help my company set up the following:

01. Google Text Ads

02. Google Shopping Ads (ideally with product ratings)
03. Generate higher impressions and as a consequence store conversions.

We prefer to work with Ukrainian FOPs/TOVs (Registered entities) via local Ukrainian Bank Transfers for longer half yearly contracts. However, if that’s not possible, we can settle on monthly/weekly card to card transfers.
