1. About the company
Sangrove is a New York startup in the field of climate tech SaaS that helps forecast early demand signals to reduce excess inventory and waste. This improves both the business metrics of brands and marketplaces and has a significant environmental impact. The project is supported by Columbia Tech Ventures.

We are looking for a graphic designer to help develop Sangrove's visual identity in the following areas:
Client presentations (pitch decks, one-pagers)
UX interface design (for our SaaS platform)
Visuals for social media (primarily LinkedIn)
Creating video content (including using AI generation) will also be a big plus.
Fluency in English is not mandatory but will be a significant advantage.
This test assignment focuses on creating visuals for LinkedIn as the first step towards potential collaboration.
2. Format and goal of the task
The first task is to develop 3 visuals for LinkedIn posts.
Each image should:
quickly attract attention in the LinkedIn feed,
maintain a professional yet fresh and unconventional style aimed at leaders in fashion and retail,
work in harmony with the post text, enhancing its message,
position Sangrove as an opinion leader and innovative brand in the climate tech sphere.
3. Target audience
The audience for the posts is C-level executives and Heads of Merchandising, Buying, and Planning in the segments of Fashion, Retail, and Marketplaces.
This consists of experienced English-speaking professionals (VP level and above) who:
interact daily with stylish, high-quality, and meaningful content,
possess a developed visual taste and an "experienced" eye,
value conceptual clarity, clean presentation, and originality.
Important: visuals must meet their aesthetic and professional expectations.
4. Your creative vision
We would like to see:
Your original ideas and interpretations for these visuals
How you find a balance between conceptual creativity and business relevance
A fresh, free approach considering Sangrove's brand elements (palette, typography, etc., will be provided)
Pay attention to:
✅ Clean, modern, professional style
✅ Attractive to a visually "experienced" audience
✅ Consistency of the three visuals as a series
5. Volume and format
Test assignment: 3 static images for LinkedIn
Formats: 1200×627 px or 1200×1500 px (LinkedIn standards)
Result: visuals optimized for desktop and mobile devices, + source files
