- Google Ads - I have been working for a long time, covering the full performance cycle: Search, PMax, remarketing, analytics, and optimization for leads/economics.
- Tier-1 English-speaking markets - I have projects targeting US/EU/EN audiences. I am well acquainted with B2B logic and working with expensive leads in Tier-1.
- B2B / SaaS lead gen - I have worked on B2B projects in service and performance niches, where the volume of leads is not as important as their adequacy and subsequent profitability.
- The long-term growth format is also closer to me. Usually, a normal result appears precisely through a cycle of hypotheses, analytics, offer adjustments, and funnel optimization.
How I would approach your project: first, a quick audit of the landing page for conversion flow and Ads compliance, then - gathering English-language Search semantics for Tier-1 with a focus specifically on developer/publisher intent, deep negative keyword research, launching Search without unnecessary Display at the start, and proper tracking of applications through GA4/conversions.
Before discussing the cost of setup and management, I would like to understand a couple of points: what is the benchmark for the advertising budget at the start for Tier-1, and is there already an understanding of the target CPL / CAC, or will we validate this in the first weeks of testing?
