а тут не час работы, тут работы на годы, поэтому ставка справедливая, верстальщик ищет заказ неделю и берет свою ставку там какую-то ... и тоге получает как продавец в магазине почему ... а тут будет получать зп сильно выше рынка - так просто получается почему-то, если считать ... Это не разовый заказик.

Вы очень верно понимаете логику, если Вам не надо заказы искать, Ваш труд эффективнее, вот эта переписка Вам не оплачивается, хотя ставка Ваша там какая-то, если же Вы все пересчитаете, то возможно, придется прослезиться ...
