Понимание цикла разработки сайта
Базовые знания html, css
Умение тестировать верстку (pixel perfect, responsive, cross-browser)
Хорошие знания mysql
Опыт работы с багтрекинговыми системами (redmine, jira)
Английский на уровне чтения и переписки в скайпе
